The 15th RAFLOST festival will be held in Reykjavík on the 13th-15th of May in various places, including Mengi (and possibly a newly formed micronation).  Artists of all forms of electronic expression are invited to send suggestions for installations, performances, music, videos etc to   r a f l o s t @ r a f l o s t  .  i s
